Checked against the brief · one revision if a name or figure came through garbled Sample · illustrative

The shape is the product. Same fields, same order, same three verdicts. A page you have to reinterpret is a page you rewrite.

You send a recording. I send the page.

Nothing to install and nothing to learn. If you can email a file, you can use this. The only new habit is telling the candidate, which most agencies already do.

  1. 2 min

    Record the screen

The way you already do it, with the candidate told. Keep the sentence you already say at the top of the call; nothing else changes.

  2. 1 min

Email the file and the brief

One message to ransford@phonedraft.com. No upload page, no app, no login to forget, no account to set up.

  3. 2 days

    The page comes back

Checked against the brief, quotes in, uncertainties flagged. Usually next morning, never later than two working days.

One consultant or twenty: every page comes back in the same shape, so two can be read side by side — and nobody has to be trained to write it.

Priced per screen, not per seat.

No setup fee and no minimum term. The first five are free because you should see the page before you pay for it.

One-off

The first five screens are free, on any plan. Totals include tax for your location, and a VAT number at checkout can change it. Every plan is the same page: two working days, usually next morning, one revision if a name or figure came through garbled, and audio deleted ten days after the call.

No file is ever refused: past your cap, extras are billed at the next tier's rate. No minimum term.

The questions asked first.

If yours is not here, it is a good question. Ask it before you send anything.

Question 1Consent

Yes, and you already do it.

Record the way you normally would, with the candidate told. Most agencies announce it at the top of the call, so keep that sentence in.

I do not record anything myself, and I do not speak to your candidate.

Still unanswered? Ask it directly — it gets a reply the same working day.

Send one recording, this week.

Five screens, free, no account. If the page is no use to you, say so and that is the end of it.
